Kids really enjoyed a visit here today. The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the children and their safety the priority. Will definitely bring them back soon.

While we absolutely love Airtastic, it’s toddler mornings and membership this review is for a member of staff called Riley. This young man is an absolute diamond. He is Ray of sunshine who can not do enough to help. Not only is he good at his job he goes the extra mile and then some. I watched him today playing and interacting with several of the children present, chasing them, making them laugh while still serving customers, wiping down tables and anything that required his attention. It was really fantastic to see someone who was extremely good at what they do and appeared to enjoy it. Every business needs a Riley.

Will has his 13th birthday party here and all the boys had a great day. Cerys looked after all the boys very well and explained everything perfectly. We didn't book the private party as it was £10 extra per person but there was only a few other kids in at the time so was worth the risk! If your kids are 13 or below then this is a great place to have a party.

Visited this place about a week ago with my kids and husband. Kids had an absolute ball and have been begging to go again at christmas. Although i was very disappointed in the behind the scenes. Staff were being horrible to one another, infront of the public. In this case a young lady was trying to do her job but got shouted at by another staff member who looked about 5 years older than her. I find this absolutely appalling as this was in front of public especially young kids.

Riley, Ryan, Glee and Becca make this great play area even better. They are super friendly and considerate in my needs as a wheelchair user to be able to access the soft play area to watch my younger grandchildren play. They all also take the time on less busy periods to interact and encourage the children to try different things and grow their confidence in all the play areas. The food is very good and very well priced.

Had my daughters 2nd birthday staff where very attentive especially being halloween day. The amount of food you got was very generous even the adults got share. They even organised a gluten free meal for my daughter separate. Thank you for a fab day.

Harmony Lakeside lives up to its name with its tranquil waters and lush green surroundings. The kayaking options are fantastic, and the rental equipment is in great condition. The lakeside benches are a great spot for a peaceful moment of reflection.

Great venue for my daughters 7th birthday party. Place was spotless and everything so well organised. The staff lovely and helpful making sure we had everything we needed. The manager Jonny was excellent and made sure we were well looked after and everyone had a great time! Brilliant place for a birthday party, no fuss or stress and kids have a brilliant fun!
